ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser(ZE500KL)のファームウェア バージョンJP_12.8.5.229がOTA配信されてきましたのでアップデートしました。
公式サイトでの発表はまだのようですが、アップデート内容は
- Google セキュリティパッチの更新(ver.16)
- Clean Masterのアンインストールオプションの追加
でした。
特に問題なくアップデートは完了しました。
再起動後にCM Securityという見に覚えのないアプリが起動してきてセキュリティスキャンを開始しました。
今回のシステムアップデートで勝手にインストールされたようです。
アップデート内容は正確に公開して欲しいな。何か騙されたようで気持ち悪いです。
Clearn MasterもCM Securityも同じ会社Cheetah Mobileの製品なのでASUSは切換えたのでしょう。

で、Clearn Masterがアンインストール出来るように変更したってことですかね。
でもCM Securityもアンインストールできるんですが…
