事務所のサーバはVMware ESXi Server 4.0をベースに仮想OSを3つ動作させています
時間もできてきたので久しぶりにメンテナンスを行いました
- VMwareのサイトからESXi-4.0.0-update01.zipをダウンロード
- VMware vSphere Clientを起動して仮想OSを電源OFF
- ESXi-4.0.0-update01.zipをデータストアにコピー
- ESXiサーバをメンテンナンスモードに移行
- ESXiサーバにsshで接続
- Updateコマンド実行
- ESXiサーバを再起動
- ESXiサーバを通常モードに移行
- VMware Toolsのアップデート
- VMware vSphere Clientのアップデート
- 仮想OSが正常に起動しているか確認

sshを有効にしていない場合はサーバコンソールから

再起動後はメンテナンスモードのままなので仮想OSが起動してきません。
手動でメンテンナンスモードを終了し、仮想OSの電源をいれます
仮想OSのVMware Toolsをアップデート後再起動
VMware-viclient-all-4.0.0-208111.exeをダウンロードしてインストール
以上でVMware ESXi Server のメンテンスを終了です

すみません、bundleの前は「-」でなく、「–」ではないでしょうか？？

編集画面では — だったのですが表示だと-になっていますね
それに、コピー＆ペーストできなから文字として表示されていないのかも
表示方法を変更しました
