XenServer 7を50GBのHDDにインストールしてみましたが､このシステムパーティションを確認してみました｡
インストール時にはパーティション関連の指定はありません｡

/dev/sda2が何に使われているのか不明ですが､取り敢えず40GBほどシステムに使用して残り全てをLVMで仮想マシン保存用に設定されていました｡
未使用領域はありませんでした｡
ちなみにLVMの8.5GBはXenCenterで確認できます｡
